This Privacy Policy explains how UNO AVE, LLC (“UNO AVE,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use the Trip Planner mobile application and related services (collectively, the “App”). It applies to the App on all platforms where it is distributed, including the Apple App Store and Google Play.
By using the App, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with it, please do not use the App.
We receive limited information from the app stores and from the service providers listed in Section 5 (for example, aggregated analytics, crash reports, and subscription status).
We do not send marketing emails without your consent, and we do not sell your personal information for money.
If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we process your personal data on the following legal bases:
The free version of the App displays advertising served by Google AdMob. Depending on your settings and consent, advertising partners may collect device identifiers (such as Apple’s IDFA or Google’s Advertising ID) and advertising data, and may use these identifiers to track you across apps and websites owned by other companies in order to serve personalized ads and measure ad performance.
Your choices:
Non-personalized ads may still use limited data (such as approximate location inferred from IP address and general device information) for frequency capping and fraud prevention.
We share personal information only in the following circumstances:
| Provider | Purpose | Privacy policy |
|---|---|---|
| Google Firebase (Analytics, Crashlytics) | Usage analytics, crash and performance diagnostics, cloud infrastructure | firebase.google.com/support/privacy |
| Google AdMob | Advertising in the free version | support.google.com/admob |
| Google Play Services | Core platform services (Android) | google.com/policies/privacy |
| RevenueCat | Subscription and purchase management | revenuecat.com/privacy |
| Unity | App runtime and related services | unity.com/legal/privacy-policy |
We are based in Japan, and our service providers (listed in Section 5) operate globally, primarily from the United States. Your information may therefore be transferred to, stored in, and processed in the United States and other countries whose data protection laws may differ from those of your country. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers — for example, the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses for EEA/UK data, and, for data of users in Japan, the measures described in Section 10.3 in accordance with the APPI.
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information, including encryption of data in transit, access controls, and reliance on established cloud infrastructure providers. Access to personal information is limited to personnel and contractors who need it to operate, develop, or improve the App. No system can be guaranteed to be 100% secure, and we cannot promise the absolute security of your information. If we learn of a security breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you as required by applicable law.
Depending on where you live, you may have some or all of the following rights regarding your personal information:
To exercise any of these rights, email us at tripplanner-support@unoave.com. We will respond within the time required by applicable law. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights. Please note that some information is necessary for the App to function, and deleting it may limit or disable certain features.
You can also stop all further collection of information by the App by uninstalling it. Uninstalling does not delete your account information or trip content from our servers — this data is retained intact so it can be restored if you reinstall the App or move to a new device. Attachments that were never synced exist only on your device and are permanently lost when you uninstall. To have your server-side data deleted, contact us at the address above.
In addition to the rights described above, you have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection supervisory authority. We encourage you to contact us first so we can try to resolve your concern directly.
California residents have the right to know, correct, delete, and port their personal information, and the right to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information as those terms are defined by California law. The use of advertising identifiers for cross-context behavioral advertising described in Section 4 may constitute “sharing” under California law. You can opt out by declining tracking permission (iOS), turning off ads personalization (Android), or upgrading to Pro, which removes advertising. We do not sell personal information for money, and we have no actual knowledge of selling or sharing the personal information of consumers under 16 years of age. You may also designate an authorized agent to make requests on your behalf. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your California privacy rights.
UNO AVE, LLC is a business operator based in Japan and handles your personal information in accordance with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information (APPI). We use your personal information only within the scope of the purposes stated in this Policy, and we do not provide personal data to third parties except as described in Section 5 or as otherwise permitted by law. Where we provide personal data to third parties located outside Japan (including our U.S.-based service providers), we do so in accordance with the APPI — for example, by confirming that the recipient has established systems that conform to the standards prescribed by the APPI, or by obtaining your consent where required, and we provide information about the recipient country’s data protection framework upon request. You may request disclosure, correction, addition, deletion, cessation of use, or cessation of third-party provision of your retained personal data by contacting us at the address in Section 14.
The App is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will delete it promptly. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at tripplanner-support@unoave.com.
The App does not use artificial intelligence technologies to process your personal data or provide features, and your content is not used to train AI models.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page, and for material changes we will provide additional notice within the App or by other reasonable means before the change takes effect. Your continued use of the App after the effective date of an updated Policy means the updated Policy applies to you.
